Kirschblütenfest in Meerbusch

Am Sonntag, den 21. April, fand im Park des "Meerbades" das 4. Kirschblütenfest statt. Der Freundeskreis Meerbusch-Shijonawate und die Stadt Meerbusch hatten eingeladen, um die Städtepartnerschaft und die japanische Kultur zu feiern. Durch den warmen Frühling waren die Kirschen auf der Büdericher Allee leider schon verblüht. Dafür gab es typisches Aprilwetter mit Kälte, Wolken, ein paar Regentropfen und Sonne. Das konnte die Stimmung der Beteiligten und der Besucher nicht beeinträchtigen. Bis zum Schluss gegen 18:00 Uhr war viel los und das Interesse groß.

Der Kyudoverein Neandertal war mit einem Stand, Makiwaraschießen und einer Vorführung auf der Bühne präsent, um Interessierte über unsere Kunst zu informieren. Wir danken den Veranstaltern für die Einladung und die hervorragende Organisation. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr!
