Rheingold-Taikai 2007 - Kurzbericht

Am 17.06.2007 fand der erste Rheingoldtaikai in Erkrath statt. Alle Schützen taten ihr Bestes, um die unterschiedlich großen Mato (36, 30, 24 cm) zu treffen. Letztendlich gewann die Mannschaft „Mokkei“ des Kyudoverein Neandertal (KVN) mit den Schützen Günter Dauner, Reinhard Kollotzek und Johannes Maringer vor der Mannschaft „Tsubaki“ (KVN) und „Banzai“ aus Bottrop. Im Einzel konnte sich Johannes Maringer (KVN) vor Eva Fasold und Philipp Fasold (beide Bottrop) durchsetzen. Der Wettkampf war sehr fair und harmonisch. Unterschiedliche Stirnbänder und Bekleidung brachten etwas Farbe in den Wettkampf. Zu Beginn hatte die später siegreiche Mannschaft eine beeindruckende Zeremonie im Kimono geschossen.
